Brian began his career with Knighted in 2016, serving in a variety of positions throughout multiple states and locations before becoming the Senior Manager for North Florida in 2021. He came to the company with over 20 years of supervisory experience from both the retail and telecommunication fields in New York and New Jersey. Throughout his career, Brian has worked diligently to be a team player while striving to bring out the best in others, whether as a co-worker or a supervisor.

Brian graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.

Dave joined the Knighted team in 2015 at our first location in Naples, Florida. He went on to work in various leadership roles throughout Florida and currently serves as the Senior Manager overseeing room operations and ensuring best practices across our North East Florida locations. Dave strives to create a positive work environment for all members of Knighted and combines his extensive industry knowledge and high emotional intelligence in ways to keep improving the overall associate experience.

Dave graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Brockport, followed by earning a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at Florida Gulf Coast University.

Dutch began his career with Knighted in 2015 in Jacksonville, Florida and currently serves as Senior Manager over the South Florida region. Throughout his time in the industry he has worked in over a dozen card rooms and casinos, eventually relocating to South Florida to help lead Knighted’s expansion into the region. Dutch has a background in customer relations and public service and maintains a passion for development focused on servant leadership and pushing all Knighted employees toward personal and professional growth. Dutch enjoys spending time with his wife and son and can be typically found near the ocean or live music events.

As the Director of Development for Knighted’s Florida operations and with over 35 years of management experience, Erin oversees all training and development processes, including the New Hire Experience, associate gaming development metrics, personal and professional leadership development, and team succession planning.
Erin’s career with Knighted started in 2015 on the gaming floor as an associate in Jacksonville, Florida. Erin worked her way through many leadership roles in Knighted’s North Florida operations, eventually being appointed to the Director of Development in September of 2021. Before her work in the gaming industry, Erin retired from public service in Michigan, where she worked both in the law enforcement and judicial courts. Prior to that, Erin worked for ACC’s General Motors NAO Transportation Fleet in Flint, Michigan, and was responsible for oversight of employee records, safety, payroll, customer billing and served as the management liaison to UAW Local 659. She also served as Executive Assistant and Secretary to the Board of Directors at Grace Hospital, The Detroit Medical Center, and Rochester Community Schools Foundation.

Jason joined Knighted Gaming in 2015, and currently serves as Florida’s Director of Cardroom Operations. He oversees management and facilitation of designated player services throughout all cardrooms in Florida. Prior to his work in the gaming industry, Jason managed numerous locations of a national retail chain. This included build-out, recruitment, onboarding, and development for several hundred employees. Jason’s previous experience also includes management of large parking facilities in Florida. Jason’s experience in management of customer-oriented and demanding operations has culminated in a keen sense of customer needs in the gaming industry. He most enjoys building strong relationships with card room and casino personnel to maximize efficiencies. Jason holds a business degree from the University of Florida.

Nerissa joined Knighted in 2021 to lead the Human Resources team in Florida. As HR Manager, she collaborates with all levels of the organization in various areas, including recruiting, payroll and employee engagement. She brings over eight years of HR experience from the sports industry where she supported executive leaders, led employee resource groups, developed global policies and strategies spanning seven countries, and helped to bolster diversity and inclusion education opportunities for employees. She aims to create a smooth employment experience for associates by ensuring they have the tools and resources they need.
Nerissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida

Thomas began his career at Knighted in 2015 as a Gaming Associate and worked through the ranks by leveraging his dexterity with numbers as well as his relentless pursuit of high standards of service. Thomas has worked at several Knighted locations and prides himself on developing and maintaining strong relationships with his internal and external partners. Prior to joining Knighted Gaming, Thomas had nearly a decade of successful experience in hiring and employee management.

Thomas served in the Marines Corps, where he learned many of the lifelong lessons about leadership, discipline and commitment that he brings to his role today.

As Vice President of Operations in Florida, Zach is responsible for helping to guide the overall structure and growth of Knighted's Florida operation. Zach collaborates with all departments and works closely with Senior Leadership to ensure a service-first approach to all of our employees and clients while pursuing an efficient and innovative operation. He brings 9 years of industry experience, having worked in varying capacities - from Gaming Associate to Trainer to Operations Manager - in over 20 card rooms and casinos throughout California and Florida.
Zach graduated with honors with a degree in English Literature from SUNY Oneonta.
